Camping at Fairfield Bay Arkansas

Over the 4th of July , we drove to Fairfield Bay Ark. and met up with Crystal, Casey and Colton. The lake levels were up 20 feet. Our campsite was only a few short steps to the waters edge, rather than a short walk down to and accross a parking lot to the beach. That was all under water. As hot as the weekend was, we were in the water often. and LOVED it.more laterr,  it is taking forever to upload photos...

Got it, and made it home.

We had the "walk through" yesterday to know how things work.

The big question was.. will it make it up our driveway.. It cleared but only by an inch or two. I hope once we "load " it ... it still clears.

We are thinking about having our first sleep over this Saturday in the driveway.. could be fun. If you are in the neighborhood stop on by.

All part of the plan

This weekend we went shopping for a more comfortable way of camping. There are tons of designs and style and weights to chose from. This one we think will be our best fit. We get the walk through and all the other yada yada on Wedsnday. Can't wait. I will take real picture of "our Coach" then.

Looking forward to many adventures with this in tow.

Computer Class

Also, this week I took a beginners computer class.. (at the Senior Center)
It has me feeling a bit more brave to try new stuff on this thing. And how to protect my photos.
I am the worlds worst speller and typer {maybe that's why I am more comfortable with pictures) but I am willing to try to write more with spell check..

Veggie Garden Class

This week at the Senior Center,, yes I said senior center.. they had a speaker (a Master Gardener) come talk and anwser questions about vegetable gardens. It was very informative.
There are many reasons our garden looks like death.

The Master Gardener is Active with the Collierville Victory Garden. They produce thousands of pounds of veggies that they give to the Food Pantry and other worthy organizations. their link is   http://www.colliervillevictorygarden.org/

What a great idea.
