Slight fog again this morning, but the temps are more comfortable to start our day.

After taking Buster to shore and strapping down the dinghy.

We called on the radio to the dredge barges to let them know we we coming out of the cutoff and make sure we didn't get in their way .. No problem.. They had just left .. Easy exit!!

We were a very short distance to the first lock.. And again we had the green light..

In we went.. 

We only had two locks to go today .. But places to anchor were far between.. So we chose to push on to MM 309.

It was very scenic in many areas..

Not sure why there's a phone booth along the waterway.. Perhaps this is Supermans river home.

Beautiful.. 

There were areas to watch for debris, but  not too bad..

We found a safe place to anchor out again tonight.. Free is great but I'll be ready to tie up and plug in.. I think we need to be conscience of our stored water..  Maybe one/two nights , then we need to refill .
